First Day/Last Day

Another school year has gone by - wow.  Everyone always tells me to enjoy these early years as they go so fast. Is that EVER the truth.    I can't believe how much older Dane looks now as opposed to the first day of school.  I also can't believe I have a kindergartner.  My babies are growing up!

Emmie 7 Months

My littlest sweetie is 7  months old and so incredibly lovable!!  She is a great eater and isn't picky at all.  She is still working on crawling and has become very vocal.  When feeding she will motion for "more" which is super cute.  She is sleeping well at night and has been taking some longer naps when she actually gets to nap in her crib.  She rolls on to her side or tummy to get comfy and is out in just a few minuets.  She still loves to be held (yay!!!) and can entertain herself playing on the activity center or with toys on the floor.  This little one gets a lot of attention from her siblings and doesn't usually have to entertain herself for too long! She checks people out thoroughly and makes the cutest little faces.  She likes to observe and take it all in, much like her older siblings.  She also has two teeth coming in and they don't seem to bother her at all. We still aren't sure of her eye color and think she will end up with hazel, brown or green eyes.  She is a very good baby and her snuggles make me melt.  Simply put, I adore this little girl!

Wrapping Up Preschool!!

Maddie and Dane attended Nature Preschool and Grace Preschool this year.  They enjoyed being together and made some of their own friends as well.  Maddie matured so much this year and is super excited and ready for Kindergarten.  Dane had a great first year of preschool and it's hard to believe that he has two more years to go!
Maddie and Dane receive their certificate of completion from Miss Maggie on the last day of class.
The three kiddos on Maddie's Grace Graduation Night.  Maddie picked out her own outfit and wanted Ems to match her.
Maddie and Claire with Mrs. Chantry after the ceremony.  Maddie loved her!

Dance Recital

The girls had their dance recital earlier this month.  The girls did a great job and were partners during the dance.

We had a little party after the recital (of course)!!!  Maddie worked so hard decorating her cupcakes and could not wait to eat them.
 Grandma got some Emmie time!

Mother's Day

I had a very nice Mother's Day.  The kids put on a Mother's Day tea at Grace and it was super cute.  They surprised me with flowers and chocolates that they picked out and they just couldn't wait to surprise me!  I love these 3 kiddos so very much!

Easter

We took some pics of Emmie in her cute bunny outfit from the Cesta Family.

Easter morning - so much fun!  Maddie was too busy to stop for a picture.

The kids with their new goods from the bunny!

Taking pictures after church wasn't the best idea - all three were super tired!

 The day after...

Maddie had been talking about having an Easter Parade for days.  She made it happen and even broke out the face paint and went to town.
 Allie was the Easter Bunny!
 Claire was an Easter egg!
We went to see the bunny on Good Friday...it was packed!  Fortunately the kids entertained each other during the wait.

I snapped a shot before handing over Emmie.  I was told to put my camera away...whoops!!!

Our family celebration the Saturday before Easter.  The kids were wired!!!

Maddie left some goodies for the Easter Bunny...

Maddie's Future Family

This is what Maddie told us this morning...

"Emerson is so cute.  I want a baby like her when I am older.  I am going to name my daughter Emerson.  If I have a boy, I will name him Dane.  If I have another baby who is a girl, I will name her Kristie and if a boy,  I will name him Matt."
Mads is a very good "mommy" to Saige, her AG doll.
