Happy B-day Little Lady!

Allie is our little Thanksgiving b-day girl!  We wish we could have been there to celebrate with you.  You are such a sweet, happy, adorable blue eyed little cutie pie!  We have enjoyed watching you grow.

EIU and PURDUE

Matt has wanted to drive from EIU to Purdue for a long time (what we did often in college).  So after leaving from our visit south to see my g-p's we did just that!  Matt loved going to Jerry's Pizza when he would visit, so we ordered up a pizza and introduced it to Maddie and Dane as well.  It was a time warp - it has not changed a bit!  It was as yummy as ever!  It was fun taking a driving tour of campus and making the drive we did back when our relationship was young! :)

 Purdue had a big win in overtime!  To the field we all went.   Dane got his picture with the QB!

We had a special guest come to our tailgate - SURPRISE!  (Although Matt knew it somehow!)  Welcome back to the states Moxon family! :)

It was a beautiful fall and we enjoyed tailgating as much this year as ever!  This  time we got a little chilly - the reason we are hanging out in the car!

GREAT great grandparents!

Maddie and Dane come home with so many stuffed animals!  G-gma and G-gpa have always been good at spoling their grandkids!

Maddie and Dane like to watch the birds when we see G-gpa.  G-gpa takes them for rides, which are a hit too!

 I love the picture above!  I look a bit out of place, but love how each g-ma and g-pa are looking at Dane and Maddie.  So precious!

We had such a wonderful visit with g-gma and g-gpa and we know how lucky we are to have them in our lives.  The drive down was painful...it took 45 min. just to get out of Park Ridge!  It was worth it though, no doubt!  G-gma got some yummy treats at the bakery in town.  Maddie was in heaven!

Silly Girls

No, we did not spike our daughter's drinks!  They were wound up!!!

Something Fun...

Daddy and Maddie started looking for "something fun" to drink out of after Mads brushes her teeth at night.  It must be creative and NOT a cup or anything that resembles a cup.  Maddie looks forward to it each and every night.

Halloween!!!!!!

Who is under there?

 Dane was a cute, bouncy and happy little tiger!

 Maddie knew she wanted to be Rapunzel for weeks!  Fortunately, her braid arrived two days before Halloween.

 We went trick or treating with the Newtons.  Maddie and Claire had a ball!  They were serious little trick or treaters!

Maddie liked the tricks as well as the treats!

We had fun carving our pumpkin this year with the kids.  Maddie named him Shingo and she loved him.  Anytime she'd see a jack o' lantern she would say, "It looks like "SHINGO!" She was so sad when it was time to say adios to him.

Hurricane Dane

Dane is doing a combination of walking and crawling these days.  He is into everything and especially loves toilet seats....yeah, that is fun!  He also throws things in the garbage can all of the time!  I rescue sippy cups daily and the camera case on occasion as well.  He loves the tupperware and pots and pans drawers.  He can destroy the kitchen in about 2 min. flat!  He is talking like crazy and his favorite words include:
